Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–14 business days depending on the product. Please check the individual product description for more details. For pre-orders, the delivery timeframe stated in the product description applies.

Shipping within Switzerland Orders shipped within Switzerland are delivered within 2–3 business days after dispatch. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping We ship worldwide. International orders are delivered within 3–8 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Carrier All orders are shipped via Swiss Post (Die Schweizerische Post).
